Job Position: Enterprise Sales Executive (3 Openings)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  1. Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales Presentations:

  1. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  2. Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.

Closing Sales:

  1. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Prepare and deliver sales contracts, ensuring all details are accurate.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  2. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Market Research:

  1. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  2. Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and customer preferences.

Reporting:

  1. Track and report sales activities and results.
  2. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress toward goals.

Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. 1-3+ years of experience in sales.
  3. Sales Experience Preferred: Telecom and Real Estate industry.

Skills:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Salary
N150,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
