Eko Maintenance Limited is a Facility Maintenance company that deals in high-rise buildings and construction.

Job Position: Recruitment Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. In charge of drafting all recruitment plans for the company, both Local & expatriate
  2. Liaise with site managers/supervisors to determine staffing requirements
  3. In charge of filling all current and future vacancies within the company
  4. Handles all job postings and sourcing of resumes for interviews
  5. Conducts interviews alongside all line managers
  6. Contact all successful candidates for employment
  7. Handles the onboarding process, induction and orientation for new employees
  8. In charge of providing all new employees with all the items they require to perform their duties
  9. Any other related job.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  2. 2 – 3 years of experience in Recruitment (Technical) or Talent Acquisition
  3. Ability to make informed decisions about candidates’ suitability and hiring recommendations.
  4. Proficient with the use of Recruitment tools.
