Job Position: Internal Control / Audit Trainee
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  1. Receives and disburses all inventories and materials in operational locations
  2. Monitors compliance with the statutory requirements of the operations
  3. Maintains inventory and Equipment registers at the locations
  4. Maintain a tools logbook at the location and documentation of waybills
  5. Ensure and monitor compliance with the standard of operations
  6. Periodic inventory taking
  7. Reconciliation of inventories, equipment and tools on a regular interval
  8. Accounts for all disbursements of materials made to the locations
  9. Assist with the Verification of goods received at the stores.
  10. Carry out other duties that may be assigned by the ICA Manager, necessary for the effective operations in the base and locations.

Job Deliverables

  1. Oversee the control of inventory and materials disbursement for operations.
  2. Monitors and ensures compliance with established internal control processes in the operations.
  3. Assist in periodic internal Audit exercise.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 0 – 2 years of work experience.
