Job Position: Customer Experience Intern

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

The Customer Experience Intern plays a key role in ensuring guests feel welcomed, heard, and satisfied from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. This role requires someone with empathy, attentiveness, and a strong passion for guest service.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet guests warmly and listen to their needs or complaints.
  2. Assist in resolving basic inquiries or complaints efficiently and politely.
  3. Conduct guest check-in follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.
  4. Liaise between departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  5. Keep accurate logs of customer interactions and feedback.
  6. Promote resort services and upsell features to guests when appropriate.
  7. Maintain a neat and approachable appearance at all times.

Requirements

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Friendly, patient, and a good listener.
  3. Eagerness to learn about hospitality and guest engagement.
  4. Ability to work in a team and independently.
  5. Prior customer service experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
