Sales Force Consulting – Our client is a major solar materials and Installation company with a subsidiary in agrochemicals production and marketing. Their head office is located in Onitsha, but with dealers nationwide.
Job Position: Business Manager
Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Job Responsibilities
- Drive the effective running of office operations
- Coordinate all staffing activities, ensuring closure of manning gaps and staff compliance with job functions
- Ensure regulatory compliance working with all the regulatory agencies like NAFDAC, SON, etc, on all the company’s products.
- Maintain and manage accurate and precise documentation regarding regulatory functions.
- Maintain dossiers and records of regulatory requirements
- Set a clear roadmap and practicable strategies towards establishing a visible footprint of the company’s products in target markets
- Facilitate prospecting, recruiting, reactivating and managing key relationships.
- Maintain a database of all prospects and clients of the company detailing the business name, contact person, address, phone number, business name and preferences.
- Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
- Periodically initiate/advise the company on strategic marketing activities that can drive sales.
- Initiate and develop marketing proposals and effect presentations on behalf of the company in all the required forums.
- Ensure reconciliation of the company’s accounts and sales activities with customers on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in the sciences like Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Industrial Chemistry.
- At least two years of post-NYSC work experience
- Must possess driving skills evidenced by a driver’s license
- They must be very hardworking with high levels of integrity
- Applicants must presently reside in the Onitsha axis
- He must be a good team player.
- He must be focused and result-oriented
- He should be highly organised with an eye for detail
- The use of a computer is an advantage

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
