Job Position: Construction / Site Engineer
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction / Site Engineer to oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standard, on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering and on-site project supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and monitor all site operations and construction activities.
  2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
  3. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and safety standards.
  4. Oversee material usage and ensure timely delivery of resources.
  5. Maintain daily site records, prepare site reports, and manage project timelines.
  6. Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with building regulations.
  7. Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
  2. 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
  3. Proficiency in project management tools and AutoCAD/engineering software.
  4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
