Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Developer to join our team to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating high-value deals, and working cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions to clients. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s growth strategy and achieving revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, proposal development, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short- and long-term business development goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build pipelines.
- Mentor and support junior BD staff; contribute to the development of team best practices and processes.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in a consulting firm
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
