Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated graduate trainees to join our growing sales team.
As a Sales Executive Graduate Trainee, you will undergo intensive training and gain hands-on experience in field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell telecom products and services to new and existing customers within assigned locations.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and cold calls.
- Engage customers directly, explain product benefits, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions and uphold brand standards.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
- Submit timely sales reports and market feedback to the supervisor.
- Support in organising promotional activities and community activation events.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Recent graduate (OND/HND/B.Sc.) in any discipline; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, goal-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
