Job Position: Sales Manager / Sales Director
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary
- As the Sales Manager/Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and leading a dynamic team, and driving revenue growth across key markets.
- You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing scalable sales processes and cultivating a high-performance sales culture from the ground up.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who has successfully led sales teams of 10–20 people, especially in high-growth environments.
- You must be both strategic and execution-focused, comfortable operating in a startup setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to improve performance.
- Set and track sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds them.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation and brand positioning.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay competitive.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any sales-related issues promptly.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role of 8 -10 Years
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Salary
N500,000 – N900,000 Monthly.
