Westfield Consulting Limited – Our client, in the Mortgage Banking space, is recruiting qualified and passionate candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Full-Stack Developer (Web & Mobile Application)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

To manage and enhance our digital platforms, including our website, mobile applications, and internal tech systems.

A strong background in both web and mobile application development, will take ownership of our digital infrastructure, ensuring the security, performance, and functionality of all customer-facing and internal platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain, update, and optimise the company website and customer portals
  2. Develop and manage cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android)
  3. Build and integrate APIs for internal systems and third-party fintech services
  4. Ensure platform compliance with data security, banking regulations, and performance standards
  5. Collaborate with the executive and operations teams to implement digital solutions that support business growth
  6. Monitor site traffic, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform uptime and responsiveness
  7. Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processesReview and evaluate the accounting treatment of transactions by business units for the purpose of advising on best practice.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  2. 3 – 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer
  3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React.js, Node.js, or Django
  4. Experience with mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS)
  5. Familiarity with API development, integration, and documentation
  6. Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  7. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and banking data compliance standards
  8. Prior experience in a fintech, banking, or regulated environment is an advantage.

Benefits

  1. Salary: N4,000,000 – N6,200,000 Annually.
  2. 13th-month payment
  3. HMO
  4. Grade Range: BO – AM.
