Job Summary
Our client, a luxury real estate company in Abuja, is seeking a Business Development Manager who would be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening the company’s market presence in the luxury real estate segment.
This role is central to expanding our client base, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to the company’s mission of redefining luxury living through exceptional service and premium properties.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in B2C and B2B relationship management, a deep understanding of high-value client expectations, and the ability to align strategic sales initiatives with company objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in luxury real estate markets
- Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to attract high-net-worth clients, investors, and corporate partners
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and personalised service
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align branding, lead generation, and conversion strategies
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to promote brand visibility
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, investment proposals, and business presentations
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular business development reports to management
- Liaise with internal teams (Legal, Projects, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of deals
- Support the General Manager in refining growth plans and go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in real estate, luxury goods, or related sectors
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM tools, pipeline management, and business presentation development
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in luxury real estate or high-end property development is an added advantage.
Salary
N260,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
