Job Position: Experienced Real Estate Manager
Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Formulating creative Real Estate strategies and feasible sales/marketing goals.
  2. Carry out a timely feasibility study for the invention of new products.
  3. Oversee sales and marketing presentations, promos and events that promote sales.
  4. Review, analyse and evaluate business procedures.
  5. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
  6. Devise ways of improving customer experience, including resolving problems and conflicts.
  7. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments to ensure optimum productivity.
  8. Evaluate and monitor the efficiency of business operations.
  9. Set strategic operational goals and ensure their execution.
  10. Build referrals and a lead generation network, and provide management with feedback.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 5 years of experience.
  2. Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with clients, partners and vendors.
  3. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate agreements, sales, and other business deals.
  4. Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle complaints, maintenance issues, and other challenges.
  5. Financial management: Ability to manage budgets and oversee financial transactions.
  6. Marketing: Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote properties and attract clients.
  7. Time management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  8. Technical skills: Familiarity with property management software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
