Job Position: Frontend Developer Intern
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Frontend Developer Intern to join our dynamic engineering team. This role will offer hands-on experience working with modern frontend technologies, contributing to real-world projects, and collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product managers to build user-friendly and visually engaging web applications.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development of responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces.
  2. Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into functional web pages.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
  4. Support the team in improving existing applications through bug fixes and performance enhancements.
  5. Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and team meetings.
  6. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in frontend development.

Requirements

  1. Vue 3 (Composition API) & Nuxt 3
  2. Tailwind CSS & UI component libraries
  3. Git/GitHub workflows
  4. REST API integrations
  5. Real product development processes
  6. Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  7. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Good communication and collaboration abilities.
