Job Summary
They seek a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead their daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-industry operations, optimising performance, and driving sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline operations across transportation, real estate, and oil & gas subsidiaries to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Implement robust operational processes and enhance productivity to maximise profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute growth strategies, innovation initiatives, and risk management protocols.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance across all operational teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field, an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years in senior operational roles, with experience in transportation, real estate, or oil & gas.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a track record of successful cross-functional management.
- Proven ability to implement efficient processes and drive performance in complex, multi-industry settings.
- Being an expatriate is a plus
- A female, preferably.
