Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Officer located in Lagos. The Real Estate Sales Officer will handle property listings, assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and maintain strong customer service relationships. The role involves conducting market research, preparing property reports, negotiating sales terms, finalising real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with real property regulations.
Qualifications
- Possess a Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 plus bonus, Monthly.
