Job Position: Facility and Operations Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facility and Operations Executive to oversee the smooth running of all non-clinical operations at a reputable healthcare and wellness facility in Ikoyi.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administration, compliance, and vendor management, and support internal teamskeeping the environment safe, efficient, and patient-friendly, must have experience particularly in the healthcare or Medical aesthetics sector.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
  2. Supervise maintenance schedules, repairs, and servicing, maintaining a safe, efficient environment.
  3. Ensure full compliance with Lagos regulations (HEFAMAA, Fire Safety, waste disposal, local safety codes).
  4. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor outsourced services (cleaning, security, fumigation, equipment).
  5. Handle procurement planning, inventory control, and timely restocking of supplies.
  6. Maintain thorough operational records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
  7. Provide logistical and administrative support to clinical and non-clinical teams.
  8. Respond swiftly to emergencies or facility issues, coordinating effective, timely solutions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years’ hands-on experience in an operational or administrative leadership role, ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Lagos facility-compliance standards (HEFAMAA, Fire Service, local safety codes).
  4. Proven ability to manage vendors, procurement, maintenance programs, and internal processes with minimal supervision.
  5. Excellent organisational, multitasking, and documentation skills, plus strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate across clinical and non-clinical units.
  6. Calm, solution-oriented mindset for handling emergencies and high-pressure situations.
