Job Summary
Become the CEO’s strategic partner at a fast-growing AI-powered CCaaS company. Streamline leadership operations to drive our mission of transforming African customer service. The ideal candidate should be an efficient multitasker with strong communication skills and the ability to handle various administrative and personal tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare key reports, presentations, and communications.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items.
- Act as the main contact for stakeholders with discretion.
- Handle confidential information and keep records organised.
- Support the CEO with tasks that improve workflow and efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant (experience in a tech startup or scale-up is a plus).
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Resourceful, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work outside standard business hours when needed.
