Job Position: Human Resource Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
  3. Handle staff welfare, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
  4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices
  5. Monitor staff performance and support training & development initiatives
  6. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations
  7. Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance systems
  8. Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years of work experience

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
