Job Position: Graphics Designer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our retail team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our marketing efforts both online and offline.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales team to deliver compelling visuals for in-store promotions, social media campaigns, product packaging, and more.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design engaging graphics for social media, website banners, email newsletters, and digital ads.
  2. Create promotional materials such as flyers, posters, signage, and product tags for retail store use.
  3. Work with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute campaign visuals.
  4. Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity and guidelines.
  5. Edit and retouch product photos for catalogues and digital platforms.
  6. Stay updated with design trends relevant to the retail and e-commerce space.
  7. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a graphics designer, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  3. Solid understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercial design work.
  5. Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro or Canva) is a plus.
  6. Good communication and time-management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
