Job Position: Business Development Manager (Hospitality)
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in our hospitality business across Ikeja and Marina.

The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing and client acquisition skills, along with hospitality experience to identify opportunities, forge partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans tailored to the assigned locations.
  2. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  3. Generate comprehensive monthly marketing reports and consistently meet set targets.
  4. Develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans tailored to each location.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and client acquisition.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  7. Deliver persuasive business proposals and pitch presentations to potential clients.
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  9. Generate detailed monthly performance reports and ensure KPIs are consistently met.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development or marketing within the hospitality sector is highly preferred.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across locations.
  5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
