Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary
A growing telecommunication company is looking to hire a proactive and result-driven HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to support its people operations and business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in the assigned region, ensuring resolution in line with company policy and labour laws
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting open communication and collaboration
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to support seamless new employee integration
- Handle onboarding sessions for new hires
- Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives and sales targets
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the line manager
Requirements
