Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

A growing telecommunication company is looking to hire a proactive and result-driven HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to support its people operations and business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in the assigned region, ensuring resolution in line with company policy and labour laws
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting open communication and collaboration
  3. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance evaluations
  4. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to support seamless new employee integration
  5. Handle onboarding sessions for new hires
  6. Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives and sales targets
  7. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the line manager

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1-2 years work experience.
