Job Position: Aftersales Manager Assistant

Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive and detail-oriented Aftersales Manager Assistant to join our team.

This role supports the Aftersales Manager in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing the service department to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal resource utilisation.
  2. Support personnel management and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
  3. Handle administrative duties including warehouse inventory, staff attendance, and repair order management, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  4. Collect and analyse data related to customer satisfaction and monitor market trends for service improvement.

Requirements

  1. HND or higher qualification.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in an after-sales or customer support role.
  3. Strong sense of responsibility and a good work ethic.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and after-sales management systems.

Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 / month.
