Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
- Respond promptly, efficiently, and satisfactorily to customer inquiries and issues across email, phone, and social media.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience and provide actionable feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Analyse customer data to uncover patterns and insights, using these findings to inform customer relationship management (CRM) strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, and product development teams to optimise the customer journey.
- Support customer retention initiatives, including tailored marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer feedback, identifying areas for product or service enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and CRM best practices to continuously optimise processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer relationship roles
- Proven experience developing and executing customer relationship strategies that drive satisfaction and retention
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to analyse customer data and apply insights to improve experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across internal teams
- Ability to use ERP, advanced Excel to analyse data.
