Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
  2. Respond promptly, efficiently, and satisfactorily to customer inquiries and issues across email, phone, and social media.
  3. Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience and provide actionable feedback to relevant internal teams.
  4. Analyse customer data to uncover patterns and insights, using these findings to inform customer relationship management (CRM) strategies
  5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, and product development teams to optimise the customer journey.
  6. Support customer retention initiatives, including tailored marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
  7. Monitor customer feedback, identifying areas for product or service enhancement.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and CRM best practices to continuously optimise processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer relationship roles
  3. Proven experience developing and executing customer relationship strategies that drive satisfaction and retention
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to analyse customer data and apply insights to improve experience
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across internal teams
  6. Ability to use ERP, advanced Excel to analyse data.
