Job Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts, build a strong brand presence, and drive strategic campaigns that support sales and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, digital tools, and market trends, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales objectives.
  2. Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing activities.
  3. Oversee content creation, including brochures, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media assets.
  4. Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and high ROI.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  7. Analyse campaign performance, report KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Supervise and mentor the marketing team and external agencies when applicable.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  2. 5+ years of experience in a marketing management or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email marketing).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical, project management, and leadership abilities.
  6. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  2. Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  3. Industry-specific knowledge.
