Job Position: Branch Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic⁠ Branch Manager to⁠ lead, build, and grow our Ibadan operations‌.⁠

The ideal candidate will‌ serve as the Chief Marketing Officer of the branch, an Operations Strategist, and an Administrative Lead.‌

You will drive business growth, manage staff and branch performance, and‌ deliver on the branch’s‌ revenue and customer satisfaction‍ goals.

Job Responsibilities‍

  1. Provide leadership and strategic direction for the⁠ Ibadan branch⁠, aligning with the⁠ company’s growth objectives.
  2. Act as the chief marketing and sales officer for the branch, developing campaigns to‌ drive visibility and conversion⁠.
  3. Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales,‌ administration, project follow⁠-ups, and customer service delivery.
  4. Develop and implement operational systems⁠ that drive productivity and accountability.
  5. Supervise and support all departments‍ and staff, fostering a perfo‌rmance-driven culture.
  6. Drive branch profitability by sourcing high-v⁠alue‍ partnerships, investors, and real estate clients.
  7. Prepare regular‍ performance and financial reports for senior management.
  8. Ensure compl⁠i⁠anc⁠e with all company policies, HSE protocols, and regula‌tory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Estate Ma‌nagement, Business Adm‌inistration,⁠ or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage).
  2. Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in‌ the real estate sector.
  3. At least 3 years’‍ experience as Head or Manager of a Real Estate Branch with proven results.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead operations, manage people, and meet‌ or⁠ exceed revenue targets.
  5. Strong marketing and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the Ibadan real estate market.
  6. Excellent‌ organisational, comm‍unication, and decision-making skills.
  7. Professional certifications in real estate, project management, or leadership are a‍ plus.
