Job Position: Experienced Cook (2 Openings)
Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Adamawa

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee Kitchen Operations
  2. Ensure food safety
  3. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
  4. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
  5. Monitors inventory
  6. Storing all food properly
  7. Setting up workstations
  8. Clean and organise the workstation
  9. Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
  10. Cooking food
  11. Developing menus
  12. Keeping a stock inventory record
  13. Preparing food using the client’s indications
  14. Cleaning and sterilising food preparation areas
  15. Selecting and following recipes
  16. Supervise kitchen hands
  17. Arranging final dishes
  18. Cleaning workspaces, utensils and dishes
  19. Devises new recipes
  20. Dressing order for presentation
  21. Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders
  22. Follow established portion control guidelines
  23. Maintain sanitary work stations and equipment
  24. Maintaining stock levels

Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of a First School Leaving Certificate with 4 – 13 years of work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
