Job Description

A Content Creator develops and produces engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and other digital channels.

This role involves generating ideas, creating written, visual, or audio content, and optimising it for specific audiences. Content Creators also analyse content performance, manage content calendars, and collaborate with marketing and other teams.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation: Developing and producing various forms of content, such as articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, podcasts, and graphics.
  2. Content Optimisation: Utilising SEO techniques to improve content visibility and reach.
  3. Content Strategy: Collaborating with marketing teams to plan and execute content strategies.
  4. Content Management: Managing content calendars, ensuring timely publication, and maintaining consistency in brand voice.
  5. Content Analysis: Monitoring content performance, analysing metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data.
  6. Collaboration: Working with marketing, social media, and other teams to develop and execute content campaigns.
  7. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content creation.
  8. Research and Ideation: Conducting research, brainstorming ideas, and developing unique and engaging content.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. degree with 3 – 4 years of experience.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong Writing and Communication Skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
  2. Content Creation Expertise: Experience in creating different types of content formats and platforms.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and other relevant tools.
  4. SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse content performance and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate original ideas and experiment with new content formats.
  7. Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Time Management and Organisation: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 per month.
