Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources and administration? We are hiring a reliable Admin/HR Officer to support our daily operations and workforce management.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  2. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  3. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies
  4. Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance
  5. Organise trainings, meetings, and staff engagement activities
  6. Provide support to management on HR and administrative matters.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related fields
  2. Must have 1–2 years of experience in an Admin/HR role
  3. Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  6. Must reside in Lugbe or nearby areas.
