The firm was established in 2003 to help Nigerians and Africans, in extension, experience the true feel of dairy products; primarily fresh milk and yoghurt.

Job Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
  2. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  3. Manage complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
  4. Provide customers with information about products, promotions, and services.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  6. Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service delivery.
  8. Monitor and report recurring customer issues to management for resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in FMCG or retail.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools.
  5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple customer needs simultaneously.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / month.
