Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Admin & Finance Officer who will handle our client’s financial operations and ensure administrative efficiency.

This role requires strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.

Objectives of this Role:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and payroll.
  2. Oversee office admin and vendor relations.
  3. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

Your Tasks

  1. Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flows, and invoices.
  2. Handle monthly payroll, staff reimbursements, and taxes.
  3. Manage vendor payments and procurement processes.
  4. Support staff onboarding and leave tracking.
  5. Keep documentation for compliance and audits.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years in finance/admin roles.
  2. Proficiency in spreadsheets, accounting tools, and record-keeping.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Degree in accounting, finance, or business admin.
  2. Knowledge of Nigerian tax and labour laws.
