Job Position: Relationship Manager – Institutional Banking
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions
  5. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field from a reputable University
  2. Minimum of two years in a sales role.
  3. Proven experience in relationship management or sales in a commercial bank with strong deposit mobilisation skills demonstrated by consistently exceeding targets through strategic client engagement and portfolio growth.”
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
