Job Description
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect gifts.
This role involves engaging with customers, maintaining the store environment, and driving sales while upholding the brand’s standards and values.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, offering personal recommendations and styling advice.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s POS system.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising, ensuring products are neatly displayed and stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organising stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive attitude.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for customers.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, sales promotions, and brand offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed the store sales targets.
- Support with in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Requires Skills and Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills and experience with POS systems.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
- Experience in handling online customer inquiries and basic financial transactions is an advantage.
