Job Description

A Content Creator and Social Media Handlercombines the skills of content creation with social media management.

This role involves developing engaging content (text, images, videos) and managing social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

They create content calendars, schedule posts, interact with followers, and analyse performance to optimise strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation: Develops a variety of content, including written articles, social media posts, videos, and visual content (graphics, infographics).
  2. Social Media Management: Manages and maintains social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  3. Strategy Development: Creates and implements social media strategies to align with brand goals and increase online visibility.
  4. Trend Monitoring: Keeps up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  5. Collaboration: Works with other teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  6. Performance Analysis: Tracks and analyses social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise content strategies.
  7. SEO Optimisation: Optimises content for search engines to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
  8. Community Engagement: Responds to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers to foster a strong community.
  9. Campaign Development: Assists in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
  10. Reporting: Provides regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 4 years of work experience.

Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 / Month.
