Job Position: Accountant
Location: Okota, Lagos

Job Overview

The accountant would be responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports, recording a wide range of transactions and provide trustworthy information about financial records.

They would also be responsible for tracking and managing the inventory account.

Job Responsibilities

Managing and tracking all account transactions.

  1. Audit financial transactions and documents.
  2. Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Filling tax, VAT, Payee and Pension
  4. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  5. Manage balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  6. Reporting and advising on the company’s financial health.
  7. Preparing financial statements and reports.
  8. Complying with financial policies and regulations.

Job Requirement

  1. Must have a relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or any related courses.
  2. Must have at least 1 year’ experience as an accountant.
  3. Must have hands-on experience with accounting software, including advanced MS Excel and QuickBooks.
  4. Must have excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  5. Must have strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  6. Must live within Okota / Ago / Isolo and environs.

Salary
N100,000 – N140,000 Monthly.
