Job Position: Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Relationship Officers to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and promote banking products.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Drive sales targets through effective prospecting, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for strategic business decisions.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles within the banking/financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
