Job Position: Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Relationship Officers to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and promote banking products.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  2. Identify client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  3. Drive sales targets through effective prospecting, cross-selling, and upselling.
  4. Monitor market trends and provide feedback for strategic business decisions.
  5. Ensure excellent customer service delivery and client satisfaction.
  6. Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
  2. Minimum of 2 – 3  years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles within the banking/financial services industry.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
  5. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
