Job Position: HR & Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Lagos (Remote)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, driven HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to support our operations, strengthen employee relations, and help manage performance processes across the team.

You’ll play a key role in recruiting top talent, streamlining HR operations, and fostering a positive, productive work culture.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  2. Support day-to-day HR operations and record-keeping.
  3. Help manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
  4. Assist in performance management initiatives and tracking KPIs.
  5. Contribute to creating HR policies, reports, and process improvements.

Requirements

  1. Strong interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  4. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  5. Relevant coursework or prior HR/operations experience is an advantage.

Salary
