Job Position: Data Processing Officer
Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Processing Officer to manage, process, and maintain accurate business and customer data.

The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, support reporting needs, and contribute to informed decision-making within our growing cosmetics business.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Input, update, and maintain accurate customer, sales, and inventory data in company systems
  2. Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors promptly
  3. Generate regular reports for sales, inventory, and customer trends
  4. Support the management team with data analysis for strategic decisions
  5. Maintain confidentiality and security of company data
  6. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely data sharing

Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any related field (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, etc. is an advantage.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and database management tools
  4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  6. Previous experience in data processing or administrative roles is an advantage
