Job Position: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Lagos (Remote)

Description

We’re hiring for a Talent Acquisition Associate who will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and preferences.
  2. Enhance the organisation’s employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and effectively communicating the company’s values and culture.
  3. Implement standardised protocols for candidate communication, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  4. Ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment phase to the onboarding process for new hires.
  5. Leverage data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
  6. Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Facilitate thorough candidate assessments through different methods to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organisation.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition in a high-growth talent acquisition organisation.
  2. Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices
  3. Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  4. Collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
