Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the organisation, including managing the extremely active administrative structure of the organisation.
  2. Composing and preparing correspondence; monitors and responds to emails; researches required information or background on organisations and individuals.
  3. Sets up meeting files, scheduling, and calendaring meetings. Setting location, time, and appropriate duration, identifying, inviting, and confirming participants, and facility arrangements where required.
  4. Prepare travel arrangements, expense reports, and all items needed to ensure the performance of all departments.
  5. Research, prioritise, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Managing Director, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  6. Work closely and effectively with the Managing Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follow up appropriately.
  7. Acts as a “barometer,” having a sense of the issues taking place in the internal and external environments and keeping the CEO updated.
  8. Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  9. Deputising for the Managing Director, making decisions, and delegating work to others in his absence.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
  2. Proven years of experience in the role.
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
