Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Jigawa

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Ensure effective and timely service delivery to customers at all customer service units.
  2. Ensure efficient Turn Around Time (TAT)in line with service level agreements.
  3. Ensure timely and error-free processing.
  4. Ensure timely execution of end-of-day procedures, including reports.
  5. Ensure effective utilisation- physical assets at the Customer Service Unit
  6. Recommend Process Improvements as it relates to Customer Service in a bid to ensure service efficiency and cost minimisation.
  7. Ensure Zero Fraud Tolerance and Regulatory Infraction
  8. Effective Cost Management to ensure that Customer Service sub-units are efficient.
  9. Perform Account maintenance function which includes account upgrade and update, stop cheques, standing instruction, internet banking, Account restriction request and removal, etc.)
  10. Drive digital adoption in the branch.
  11. Maintain and update customer files

Requirements
Education/Qualification

  1. A Bachelor’s of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.

Experience

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ banking experience in Customer Service.
