Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven B2B Sales Executive to lead strategic client acquisition and revenue growth within the logistics and customs clearing industry.
The Contract Sales Associate will have an excellent track record in high-level B2B sales, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and management of high-value corporate clients, including multinationals, importers, manufacturers, and exporters.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market share in freight forwarding, customs clearing, and logistics services.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present high-impact proposals, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
- Mentor the junior Sales Associate and contribute to the development of the sales department.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Monitor industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and high-level business forums.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role within the logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearing industry.
- Proven ability to win and manage large accounts and corporate contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping, trade compliance, and customs regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
