Job Position: Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of real estate offerings (houses and land) to new and existing clients.
JobResponsibilities
- Promote and sell properties to both new and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify sales leads and convert them into successful deals
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Occasionally travel to client sites and property locations
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a University Degree with 2-3 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive (a valid driver’s license is an added advantage)
- Good dress sense and professional appearance
- Hardworking, loyal, and result-oriented
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Reside near the office (Lekki axis preferred)
- Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
- The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Salary
N100,000 / Month.
