Job Position: Content Creator & Blogger
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  2. Develop a TikTok content strategy to achieve 10K followers and 1M views
  3. Manage and coordinate the content creation team
  4. Secure B2B partnerships and brand collaborations
  5. Optimise budget allocation across platforms
  6. Implement AI-powered content strategies and automation
  7. Report directly to executive leadership with analytics and insights
  8. Create engaging blog content for the company website and LinkedIn
  9. Develop a LinkedIn strategy to drive growth from 0 to 10k followers
  10. Create AI-enhanced content using tools like Genspark
  11. Manage website content updates and SEO optimisation
  12. Produce thought leadership content for the B2B logistics industry
  13. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
  14. Collaborate on campaign creative strategies during rebranding

Requirements

  1. Degree, HND/OND in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related field
  2. 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and blogging
  3. Proven track record of growing business accounts on socials, YouTube, and LinkedIn content management
  4. Proficiency in WordPress, CMS platforms, and SEO tools
  5. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and analytics
  6. Understanding of AI content tools and automation
  7. Basic graphic design skills (Canva Pro) and Capcut Pro
  8. Extensive experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
  9. Proficiency in social media management tools
  10. Strong analytical and budget management skills
  11. Experience with video content creation and editing

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
