Job Position: Human Resources and Admin Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management duties
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong passion for HR and admin functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
