Job Position: Telemarketer
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers to promote Friska Life products, generate sales, and build lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence buying decisions while delivering excellent customer service.

This role is opened to NYSC members with at least 8 months to Passing Out Parade (POP) who reside in Yaba or the surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
  2. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers.
  3. Answer customer questions and address objections persuasively.
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales outcomes.
  5. Follow up on leads and referrals to secure sales opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  7. Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve marketing strategies.
  8. Maintain a positive and professional approach in all customer communications.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  2. Currently serving a NYSC member with at least 8 months to POP.
  3. Must reside in Yaba or its environs.
  4. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  5. Confidence in initiating conversations with strangers over the phone.
  6. Good listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
  7. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
