Job Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

The Customer Service Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses, efficient resolution of inquiries/complaints, and delivering excellent service that strengthens customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate product/service information to clients.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  4. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Support sales and business development teams in client engagement.

Requirements

  1. OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. 1–3 years’ proven experience in customer service or tele-sales (experience in logistics/e-commerce is an advantage).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  6. Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
