Job Position: Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to drive business development initiatives within the micro insurance and agency sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance marketing and a solid understanding of customer acquisition strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow micro insurance and agency portfolios.
  2. Identify and engage new clients while managing existing relationships.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
  5. Report on sales activities and market trends to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience in insurance (preferably micro insurance or agency).
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
  4. Proximity to Maryland, Lagos, is an advantage (contact Temidayo to verify candidate proximity).

Remuneration

  1. Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
