Location: Abuja (FCT)

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  1. A First Degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing and other related fields.

Work Experience:

  1. 0-2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.

Competencies:

  2. Conflict resolution and problem-solving
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Teamwork and collaboration
  5. Empathy and professionalism
  6. Organisational and time management skills

Industry Knowledge (Desirable):

  1. Knowledge of HMO operations and healthcare systems is an added advantage
