Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations.
- Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate Sector is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must reside Around Lekki environs.
