Job Position: Growth Manager / Brand Manager
Location: Ilashe Ajah, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market share and revenue.
  2. Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships across corporate, travel, lifestyle, and hospitality networks.
  3. Collaborate with marketing to boost lead generation and conversions.
  4. Analyse customer data to enhance acquisition, retention, and guest experience.
  5. Explore new business opportunities, including events, corporate packages, and brand activations.
  6. Track KPIs, report on growth performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  7. Maintain strong industry relationships and partnerships.
  8. Innovate product and service offerings to align with market trends.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Sc. with 2 – 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
